John D. Hoffman is the founding partner of the Law Offices of Hoffman & Hoffman, PA, an independent, medium-sized firm with offices located throughout the state of Florida. In 2023, the firm proudly celebrated its 30th anniversary of actively providing professional legal services to its clients, many of whom have been with the firm since its inception. John specializes in civil trial and civil litigation. John has been Board Certified by the Florida Bar as a Civil Trial Expert since 2010, which is a distinction that less than 2% of the active members of the Florida Bar share. He is also AV rated by Martindale Hubbell—the highest distinction it recognizes. In addition to his substantial trial practice, John serves as a co-chairman for the Florida Bar Labor and Employment Law Judicial Outreach Committee, a position he has held since 2012. He is also a member of the Dade County Bar Association and the Key Biscayne Bar Association.
