Kaitlyn joined the firm in November 2017 as an Associate Attorney in the Insurance Law Litigation Division. Previously, Kaitlyn worked at Clark Law in St. Petersburg, Florida; was a Certified Legal Intern at Gulfcoast Legal Services in St. Petersburg, Florida; and interned at the Office of the Attorney General of Florida in Tampa, Florida. Kaitlyn graduated with both University and Departmental Honors from Eastern Michigan University cum laude in 2014, with a Bachelors of Science in Political Science. Kaitlyn then attended Stetson University College of Law, where she graduated with her Juris Doctor and Master in Business Administration in May 2017. Kaitlyn was a member of Stetson Law’s award-winning trial team, where she won a national championship and two state championships. Kaitlyn is also a member of the National Order of the Barristers and Phi Alpha Delta. Upon her graduation from law school, Kaitlyn was awarded the Ralph Harris Ferrell Competition Award and the William F. Blews Pro Bono Award. Kaitlyn was born and raised in Canton, Michigan. She moved to Florida in 2014 to attend law school. Kaitlyn has two younger sisters, both of whom attend Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida.
