John D. Hoffman, Esq. has litigated ADA, Civil Rights, Whistleblower cases in both the Federal and State Courts in Florida. He has also represented clients in EEOC pre-suit proceedings.
John D. Hoffman was born on September 19, 1964 in Miami, Florida. John obtained his Bachelor's of Arts degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1985 followed by his Juris Doctorate degree in 1989 from University of Miami. He has been admitted to practice in the state of Florida since 1989 and is a member of The Florida Bar and Dade County Bar Association. Prior to opening his own law firm in 1994 he was employed with Kimbrell & Hamann, P.A. and Arthur Moller, P.A.. Since 1994, he has been a managing partner of Law Offices of Hoffman & Hoffman, P.A. and focuses his time on civil litigation.
Mr. Hoffman serves as lead counsel in local and federal courts in the state of Florida. He has litigated cases on behalf of individuals and corporations at all court levels. John is admitted to practice before the following courts:

Francesco J. Palanda, Esq. focuses his practice in the areas of employment law, business litigation, and criminal law. Prior to working for the Law Offices of Hoffman & Hoffman, P.A., Mr. Palanda
worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the Miami Dade State Attorney’s Office, and as a certified legal intern
for the Cumberland County District Attorney’s Office, Portland, Maine. Mr. Palanda obtained his J.D. in 2004 from
the University of Maine School of Law, and his B.S. from James Madison University in Political Science, and Criminology in 2001.
Mr. Palanda has litigated cases against some of world’s largest developers, including, the Related Group, Africa Israel, and Boymelgreen. Mr. Palanda has also
represented S. Florida businesses in a wide array of cases including breach of fiduciary duty actions, securities violations, breach of contract, civil conspiracy, and civil theft actions.
